Inforganic Labs | Connect Your Customers
”Everybody gets so much information all day long that they lose their common sense.”
- Gertrude Stein
The ‘Why’
At the end of the day all that matters are our Customers!
- True, or not?
Our customers are really the only reason for us to be in business.
We work hard to create value for our customers. They pay us top dollar to keep us in business and at the end of the day make our business grow. These are just simple facts.
The key to this equation for you and your customers to become as successful as possible, is to develop a really strong Connection.
The amount of Information that enters our brains are becoming increasingly overwhelming over time. This makes it more difficult to develop a great relationship with your current customers. It also becomes more difficult to acquire and build relationships with new valued customers. The options are continiously growing. Making the right choice is getting harder and harder.
Inforganic Labs has recently transformed it’s mission, evolving it’s core vision to deepen it’s Why’. Why are we in this business? Simply because we care and because we believe we can make a significant difference how the world interacts and create genuine value together.
Our reason for existing is to help you and your business organization to focus on the core values and what drives these crucial relationships.
Inforganic Labs is not a not a consultant firm, neither is it an advertising agency! We are not PR experts. We simply care about relationships and what makes them work well.
Marketing is transforming itself using new technology. This mean that we also have to transform ourselves and adapt to this fast changing pace of transformation.
The ‘How’
Inforganic Labs is now rolling out a new breed of condensed seminars and hands on workshops to engage you and your team to develop more valuable relationships with your customers.
The first step in this process will be to help you understand more about your customers, how to learn from them and how to get a better picture of how your market space really works. Secondly we’ll look into how you manage your dialogue and your daily interactions with your clients, your partners and your team. Our goal is to align these spheres into one fluent process of communication and shared dialogue. Thirdly, and lastly we’ll investigate how you collaborate with your team to deliver a great customer experience. This is the End Game, where it all comes together. Here is where we start measuring performance and results which include all parties concerned.
The type of media, platforms, applications and tools we use depends on the type of value we are aiming to create. There are value on many levels. One key value is Economic, but it’s not the only outcome.
Relationships are not easy build and they are fragile, they can break in pieces in a fraction of a moment. Our common mission is to not only to keep you in business, but also grow your business in a healthy and sustainable way, creating value for both yourself, your team, your organization and business as well as your customers. This is a fine balance, but we are committed to walk the walk with you and your team and guide you through the process.
We are committed to bring greater value in building stronger and more valuable relationships between you and your customers. At the end of the day it’s all about people. Technology is only our humble servant to help us become stronger and more reliable.
Now you are thinking; “this must be expensive” – Yes it is… if you mismanage the whole process. In our business model though, the less money you pay, the better we have performed and the greater the chance is that you will tell your network, our new customers, how well you perform with the assistance of our team. Hopefully some of your colleagues will raise their eyebrows somewhat and get curious enough to contact us and set up an introductory meeting. This is how we get new happy customers!
